Retainer is transferable, but non-refundable. Transfers of dates can be made up to 2 weeks before original date booked. An event host will be available to you during your rental time. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your event to begin setting up. This booking is during hours of operation, so other non-event guests are to be expected at the facility. If attendees of your event bring children, they are expected to pay regular entry fee for children to play. When booking, we ask that you respect your selected time frame. Once your event time is up, you and your guests will be expected to leave or pay to renter. For cleanup, we ask that you take any personal items, we will take care of trash and cleaning.
